The Spearca team has provided marketing and communication support for organizations, nonprofits, foundations and government programs in a wide variety of fields including health and oral health care, education, human services, agriculture and entertainment.


As a principal of Spearca Communications, Jennifer has worked in the public relations and marketing industry for more than 20 years. Jennifer provides strategic guidance and direction to create and implement impactful communication campaigns for clients in a variety of industries.

Prior to forming Spearca, Jennifer was a senior member of an integrated marketing agency for 17 years, where she managed multiple client accounts. Prior to joining the agency world, Jennifer worked in the public relations and marketing departments at both Denver Health Medical Center and The Children’s Hospital of Colorado.

Jennifer serves on the boards of the Business Marketing Association of Colorado and Friends of the Wildcats Foundation.


Maggie has more than 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing and public relations.

Before launching Spearca, Maggie was a senior member of an integrated marketing agency in Denver where she provided direct client services. Throughout her career, Maggie has served a wide array of clients from governmental and social service programs, foundations and the entertainment industry to physician practices, health care and health insurance providers. Maggie began her career in the sponsorship and marketing department of Discovery Communications in New York City.

In addition to her work at Spearca, Maggie serves as a member of the board of directors for the National Fatherhood Initiative and a Target Chapter Specialist for Delta Delta Delta. She was a member of the 2018 Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation Impact Denver cohort.


Tammy brings nearly 20 years of marketing, communications and public relations experience to Spearca. She works directly with organizations’ CEOs, C-level executives and marketing and communication teams to formulate strategic direction and implement marketing and PR activities that drive results.

Prior to launching Spearca, Tammy was a senior member of a Denver integrated marketing agency for 18 years where she worked with clients in a wide variety of industries from health care and education to nonprofit, governmental agencies and social service programs. Tammy also worked in media relations for AT&T Broadband & Internet Services (AT&T BIS, formerly TCI).

Tammy served on the Colorado Healthcare Communicators board for five years, where she served for one year as president and was honored as the Communications Professional of the Year. She also serves as the vice president of the board of directors for Zero Tolerance for Domestic Abuse, a nonprofit dedicated to providing counseling and support services to anyone experiencing domestic abuse, stalking, and/or sexual assault.
